We are a social enterprise empowering mothers to achieve a fulfilling work-family balance. Founded in Singapore in 2010, we've since expanded to support mothers in Japan and Hong Kong since 2020.
We specialise in providing career events, training workshops, job fairs, and networking opportunities for female caregivers.
Our goal is to support mothers returning to work, after a career break; or working mums who are looking for flexible work arrangements. We also guide Mumpreneurs who are keen on starting and running home-based businesses
Our mission is to foster a supportive community to empower Female Caregivers (including Mums) on their career choices.

Look out for the special collaboration events with leading companies, to offer career guidance, led by industry experts, covering industry insights, job market trends and career development strategies, conducted in English (or Japanese in Japan).
Skills Training
We bridge the skills gap between women returning to work or transitioning careers and in-demand industry requirements.
Our partnerships with experts and companies, deliver practical training in sought-after skills, including AI, coding, project management, Microsoft Office tools, and social media marketing. Our hands-on approach equips women with the knowledge and confidence to thrive in today's fast-paced work environment, empowering them to succeed in their careers.
Mentorship
We foster meaningful connections through our network of HR representatives, business leaders, and industry experts, pairing returning female talent with supportive mentors and allies. Our structured and casual networking events facilitate valuable relationships, providing guidance on career advancement and work-family balance. Our mentorship/ allyship programs offer personalized advice, industry insights, and encouragement, helping women, navigate their professional journey with confidence.
Job Fairs & Talks
We organize regular Job Fairs and Career events in Hong Kong, Japan, and Singapore, connecting job seekers with top employers. Our events provide opportunities to meet employers, receive career guidance and advice from industry experts, and attend training and workshops to improve skills and employability.
Our flagship event, #wegotyourback, is held annually and brings together employers, industry experts, and job seekers for a day of networking, learning, and career development.
Return-to-Work / Returnship Hiring Projects
We partner with firms to support their hiring campaigns targeting female talents returning to the workforce. These companies offer returnships or specialized back-to-work job opportunities. To ensure a seamless transition, we provide our signature JumpStart Reintegration Programme™, a comprehensive support system for returners, helping them restart their careers with confidence. Past employer-partners include Mastercard, TD, EY, Citi, Roche, Schroders and many others.
