ABOUT US
One Organisation.
Three Platforms.
One Mission.
Mums@Work Asia is a social enterprise founded in Singapore in 2010. We empower female caregivers — mothers, daughters, and women who have stepped back from their careers — to return to work, retrain, and thrive.
As the umbrella organisation, we oversee three distinct platforms each serving a specific community: Mums@Work Singapore for flexiwork opportunities and career support in Singapore; Career Navigators for specialised hiring campaigns and skills training; and Return to Work Japan for Japanese women re-entering the workforce.
Under the Mums@Work Asia umbrella, we also run Women Beyond Borders — a programme for women entrepreneurs who are ready to grow their businesses beyond Singapore.

WHAT WE DO
Four Pillars
Of Support.
One Mission.
Across all our platforms, everything we do falls under four core areas of support: For women caregivers returning to work, building new skills, growing their network, and launching businesses across Asia.
Career Re-Entry
We specialise in supporting women who have taken career breaks to care for family. Together with a Flexi-job portal, returnship programmes & job fairs, we connect talented women with employers who value their experience.
Skills & Training
Closing the skills gap through expert-led workshops in AI, digital tools, Microsoft Office, project management, and social media marketing — building confidence for today's fast-moving workplace.
Community & Membership
A pan-Asian network of working mothers, career coaches, HR leaders, and industry mentors. Our events foster meaningful connections and lasting professional relationships across Singapore and Japan.
Women Entrepreneurs
Through our Women Beyond Borders programme, we support Mumpreneurs who are ready to start, grow, and scale their businesses — providing business coaching, a curated directory, and cross-border networking opportunities across Asia and beyond.
